We provide round-the-clock technical support at no extra cost to you. We deal with any issues related to the server so you can focus on other areas of your business.
Domain Transfers In
When you join us at Promote UK, we will ask if you have an existing domain. If you do, our technical team will get in touch to help transfer your domain into our management system. We then manage the domain as part of your contract with us, including all yearly renewals.
Email Set-Up Calls
We will book a phone call with you to assist with setting up any business email accounts on your devices.
Email Creation
We can set up emails on our server on your behalf. All clients can have up to 5 email systems set up as part of their contract with us.
Email Support
If you have any issues with your emails, our technical team is on hand to resolve them. Whether you’re facing problems with spam emails or sending errors, we make sure all emails we manage and host are functioning as normal. We can also set up out-of-office messages, email forwards and other features.
Website Uploads
When your new SEO-optimised website is good to go, we manage the uploading process to ensure a successful and smooth launch.
UQC
Once your website has been uploaded, we perform essential quality checks to ensure everything works as expected. This is the first stage of our rigorous quality checking system that’s carried out by multiple departments within Promote UK.
In-House Support
As well as helping our loyal clients with the upkeep of their websites, we also lend a hand to our own staff. We support them whenever they have issues with their equipment or email accounts, allowing them to complete their work with minimal disruption.
Domain Transfers Out
In addition to transferring domains into our management system, the technical team can transfer domains out of the system. This is required as and when a client sadly decides to leave Promote UK.
